- He was born on June 19, 1972 in Quilmes, and at present he still lives there.

– He is married and has a daughter.

– He started his gastronomic career under the care of the renowned Chef Gato Dumas and has worked at his restaurants. One of them was in Asuncion, Paraguay. He lived in Trieste, Italy where he learned regional cuisine.

– He has been protagonist in important television programs such as, “Movete”, “el Gourmet”, Channel 7, “Las Brasas “, “Mariana de Casa“, “Los Cocineros en Casa”, "El Gourmet.com".

– He is the author of the books: Los secretos de las brasas , Cocina al aire libre and Mis recetas para todos los días .

- At present he teaches at "Gato Dumas Cooking School, he is advisor of many food companies and gives special courses for cookers and gastronomy students.
